Smokewind Music was formed in 2013 by Ross R. Moquin, Lisa Wetton & Kevin Moquin. 

Initially, Smokewind Music was a musical booking agency.  In the early days, musical acts from the U.S., Canada and Europe were booked for shows in the Central New York region and elsewhere. In those days, Lisa Wetton was the face and the driving force behind Smokewind Music. 

In 2015,  Lisa moved to the United Kingdom, to be closer to her beloved husband, the late John Wetton. 

After 2015, Smokewind Music had to move in a different direction. Kevin Moquin had just completed his academic musical degree at Concordia University, Montreal QC  and completed  training as a sound engineer at Recording Arts Canada.  Smokewind Music transitioned into recording and production of music and visual arts.  We are now a music and video/photography production studio and distribution label. 

Along the way, we have also been joined by some very dear friends to help us produce the music and content we love. 

Drawing from multiple genres and influences, Smokewind Music  content is varied and eclectic. There is something for everyone.
